You will receive the same ring design, stone type, setting, and finish shown in the product images. Since some stones have naturally distinctive shades, patterns, and veining, minor variations may occur. These differences make every AURAQ ring unique.
Your order confirmation and receipt will be sent through the contact details provided during checkout. You can also view your order information in the My Account section. For assistance, contact us with your name, phone number, and order number.
Contact our customer support team before returning your order. The ring must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Customized, engraved, or altered products may only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Return eligibility is subject to our return policy.
Selected designs may be restocked depending on stone availability and production. Because some stones and handcrafted designs are limited, the exact same appearance may not always return. Contact us to check availability or request a similar design.
AURAQ delivers orders across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on your city, product availability, and whether the ring requires customization. Order tracking details will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.
